  • Minimum age : 18 years
  • Maximum age : 35 years
  • No age relaxation.
Educational Qualifications : 
  • Tribal areas : 10th pass
  • Rural areas : 12th pass
  • Urban areas : Degree from a recognized university

Selection Method : 
  • For Panchayats : Interview will be taken by the selection committee of MPDO/Tahsildar/EO(PR&RD).
  • For Urban areas : Interview will be taken by the selection committee of Municipal Commissioner, Tahsildar, and PO/TMC, MEPMA.
Four Parameters of Selection : 
  • Knowledge of different Government Schemes, Programs, Welfare Activities (25 marks).
  • Work experience in different Government Welfare Departments and Programs/NGO/Federations/Social activities (25 marks).
  • General Awareness, Leadership Skills, Good Communication Skills (25 marks).
  • Soft Skills (25 marks).

  • Integrated Cast Certificate for Non-OC.
  • Residence Proof (Aadhar Card/Passport/Ration Card/Voter ID/Bank Passbook/Driving Licence).
